We are a 3rd party distributor currently supplied by Diecast Dropshipper and we adhere to their return policy posted below. In short, get a hold of me and I’ll connect you with them. Thanks.
Customers will contact the retailer (info@spoilsofandromeda.com) with any requests for a return and the retailer will then contact the supplier.
Diecast Dropshipper
Diecast Dropshipper follows a 14-day return policy, requiring retailers to notify them of any return intentions within this period. Products must be undamaged, unworn, and unused, with tags attached, within 14 days of the initial notification. Additionally, we offer a Return/Refund Policy for damaged or defective products, with claims accepted within 5 days of the item being received. Customers initiate return requests with the retailer, who then contacts the supplier.
We want you to have a great experience with your purchases. We will forward your return request to our supplier as soon as it arrives.
We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages.
