Return Policy
We are a 3rd party distributor currently supplied by Haiku Pop, Smith Distributors, and Diecast Dropshipper. We and adhere to their respective return policies posted below.
Customers will contact the retailer (info@spoilsofandromeda.com) with any requests for a return and the retailer will then contact the supplier.
Haiku Pop
Haiku Pop follows a 14-day return policy, requiring retailers to notify them of any return intentions within this period. Products must be undamaged, unworn, and unused, with tags attached, within 14 days of the initial notification. Additionally, we offer a Return/Refund Policy for damaged or defective products, with claims accepted within 5 days of the item being received. Customers initiate return requests with the retailer, who then contacts the supplier.
Smith Distributors
Returns Policy: 1. Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. 2. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition. 3. The item must be returned in its original packaging. 4. Please get in touch with us before returning the item to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Refunds: 1. Upon receiving your returned item, we will conduct an inspection and inform you of its receipt. 2. Following the inspection, we will promptly notify you regarding the status of your refund. 3. If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your credit or the original method of payment. 4. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return Shipping: You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (such as receiving incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds are typically within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time required to process your return upon receipt (3 to 5 business days), and the time for your bank to finalize the refund (5 to 10 business days). In many cases, refunds are issued more quickly. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your product. We recommend using a traceable carrier such as USPS Priority, FedEx, or UPS. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. To return an item, log in to your account, locate the order under the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. You will receive an email notification once we have received and processed your returned item.
Diecast Dropshipper
Diecast Dropshipper follows a 14-day return policy, requiring retailers to notify them of any return intentions within this period. Products must be undamaged, unworn, and unused, with tags attached, within 14 days of the initial notification. Additionally, we offer a Return/Refund Policy for damaged or defective products, with claims accepted within 5 days of the item being received. We want you to have a great experience with your purchases. We will forward your return request to our supplier as soon as humanly possible. But, after that, it’s out of our hands.
We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages.
